I am very disappointed in the service I received from this hotel staff. First of all when I arrived they looked at me like I was crazy because they could not find m reservation in their book. I had my confirmation number and a print out of my receipt where Inhad booked through Parksleepfly. I stood there worried they were going to tell me they were booked and did not have a room for me. Inside I was panicking trying to figure out what I would do as I needed the parking. Finally they asked to look at my email,confirmation and gave me a room. Then that night the light in the hallway outside the bathroom kept coming on. We were all in bedhaving turned the lights out and it came back on. After the third time of turning the lights out ai called the front desk. Someone came up and said it was motion controlled but he would try to disable it. He left our rooom and within three minutes it came back on, turned off, came back on. I called downstairs again and he came back up and put painters tape over the motion sensor but it kept turning on. My dad and daughter were already asleep so moving rooms was not an option. I asked him to disable the light. He was very helpful and courteous. I think a motion sensor light that comes on and lights the whole room is a dumb idea. My kids get up in the night as well as myself. we do not need the light to come on and diatribe the whole room every time one of us needs to use the restroom. The worst part of my stay however was almost missing our train because the staff did not order the towncar like I asked. The night before our train trip I went downstairs and asked the lady at the desk to call the towncar service as we wanted the towncar take us to the train. I told her I thought 8 am would give us time to get to the station early for our 10:20 train. She said let's ask them as they know what traffic will be like. She called and spoke with them and they said 8 would be plenty of time. The next morning we were waiting for our was 8:10 and still no car so I went to the desk. The girl at the desk called to inquire about our car. There was not a car ordered for us! She had not told him to come get us. So by the time the driver was able to get us it was after 8:30. We barely made it to the station on time. Then, I was to,d the driver only accepted cash. It was a little late to give me that kind of information. Luckily I had just enough cash to pay the driver. This caused a lot of stress at the start of our trip. I would not stay at this hotel again as the interaction with the staff was not pleasant.

Not the nicest LaQuinta but acceptable. Room small and felt a bit dated, but clean and okay for one night. Restaurant was sparse and needs some updating and brightening up but food acceptable.

Even though we had a confirmed, pre paid reservation, they did not have a room available with 2 queen beds. They offered to upgrade but the room only had 1 king bed and there were 4 of us. The pull out bed was horrible & my son had to sleep on a roll out which was also horrible.
